This is NOT an actual appointment.
This allows our staff to be notified that you are ready for blood work.
Step 1. Select soonest appointment slot. We will be notified of your request and our system will order bloodwork for you at either Labcorp or Quest
Step 2. Follow email instructions to setup your Patient Portal.
Step 3. You will be notified in your Patient Portal that your lab order is READY.
Step 4. Proceed to Labcorp or Quest and have blood draw – once complete we will be notified and someone will reach out to setup the Telehealth appointment with the doctor (typically 1-2 business days AFTER your bloodwork is completed).
